Bun the bear chef has a stack of pancakes on the left plate. Move the whole stack to the right plate, the one with the flag. You can only move the top pancake, and you can never put a big pancake on top of a little one. Drag the top pancake to a plate, or tap a plate to lift its top pancake and tap another plate to put it down.
