Ingredients

2medium garlic podsलसूण · लहसुन
½ or 1green chilli, accordingly — how far the chilly is tikhatहिरवी मिरची · हरी मिर्च
1 strandcoriander (optional if u don't have)कोथिंबीर · धनिया

The order
In order01PrepIn a vessel put 6 to 7 amsul, add little water and salt to taste. Put aside.
02PrepTake 1/2 coconut grated, 2 medium garlic pods, 1/2 or 1 green chilli accordingly — how far the chilly is tikhat — and one strand of coriander (optional if u don't have).
03PrepPut all this together and run the mixer with water.
04PrepTake the pulp out and put water again and run the mixer till all the coconut milk comes out.
05PrepAdd all the coconut milk with amsol and mix. Kadhi is ready.
06Hands offKeep in the fridge for 30 mins.30m

Notes
If you have ready coconut milk u can make out of that also. For that u add cut green chilly, smashed garlic and little finely cut coriander for decoration.
The only time given anywhere in this one is the 30 minutes in the fridge.
